A piece of cake: Brandon, MS; My name is Jessica, I am a pastry chef and gained my degree in pastry arts at Johnson and Wales University. I began making specialty cakes several years ago, and it has now evolved from a hobby into my career. A piece of cake is now more than just specialty cakes; I can create every kind of pastry you could dream of.
